I found this to be an incredibly informative and well-compiled course on trauma-informed practice, which anyone working with potentially traumatised people should be required to take. Despite the title being ‘An Introduction to’, I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and perspective from the course. I took my time making notes to thoroughly engage with the material and let it sink in. The various media, videos, audio and interactive elements made it so engaging and fun. I’m a PhD student in criminal justice responses to domestic abuse victim-survivors, so this course has affirmed and reinforced to me the vital importance of trauma-informed practice – and the unfortunate reality of how rare it is. Hopefully that's starting to change. Thank you so much for providing this training for the public for free, Black Country Women’s Aid.

This short course was an excellent introduction to trauma informed practice. A mix of text, videos and graphics. It's interactive and well narrated. I would recommend this to anyone who works with or alongside people!

I found the course very informative and I liked the use of different tools for teaching materials. It also gave further reading and video access materials for future learning. The level of language was understandable and free of jargon. Thank you. Bakshish :)
